Long considered the legendary Jay Riviere's masterpiece, the Bluebonnet Country Golf Course, invites you to come play among the towering pines and magestic Oaks of the Brazos Valley. Originally opened in 1973, this 'golfer's golf course' was ahead of its time and has, until now, remained somewhat obscure for over three decades. With great attention to every aspect of the game, Bluebonnet will challenge even the best golfer. To beat this course, you'll have to use every club in your bag and all the talent you can muster. Bluebonnet was designed to test all of your golfing skills, not just the strength of your drive—although you'll have ample opportunity to prove your mettle. With a mature landscape of tall pines that sometimes seem to reach into the fairways; more water than you've seen this side of the coast; and enough sand to tempt you to bring your surfboard, this course has it all—did we mention an 80 foot elevation change? Grab a tee-time and discover what the game of golf should be!
